that campground idea might be a great idea with RV for "tiny home community" check it out on google. it is really interesting and could be a really nice small community with a one central community local for firepit, grilling... socializing... a community garden perhaps.

Ban smokers and pets.Have a roommate agreement with things like: parties, overnight guests, no drugs, no smokers, when rent is due and late fees, etc.Put in the lease how much notice they have to give you to leave, like 30 days.

In most cases you want the filter as close to the furnace as possible unless the furnace is not easily accessible (furnace in attic or crawl) in which case you’d have a specialized return air grill that can accommodate a filter.
