I think that is how most people are used to seeing a toilet.Culture says people who dont already know the answer to this question leave seats and lids up. its always necessary to close lids for flushing and signaling to the next user that you actually know why the lids were installed. 

They don't like the word 'fixer' because that word signals 'might get hung up in appraisal or underwriting, and I won't get a commission.'

I just wanted to say that this new ordinance is typical providence grand standing and virtue signaling.  

I really do think it could be done in cities where the hotel prices are significantly higher than the vacation rental prices, which signals a mismatch between supply and demand. 

The issues is the bad sensor will cause the other detectors to start sounding since they are hardwired (the third wire going to the hardwired smoke detectors is used to signal all connected detectors to go off). 

Could a RE tease out some signal through the noise in the national builders stock price to arrive at a conclusion about their investments?

That's exactly the type of answer I was hoping for -- I got sort of mixed signals from you when you posted in my thread in the "Make Deals, Find Partners, Mentors & BirdDogs, etc." forum and this one.

To me that signals either 1. the sponsor lacks the attention to detail to ensure the document they use to generate investors is error free or 2. they are massaging the numbers/running two models to tell investors what they want to hear.
