Unfortunately no ones liberty or property is safe while congress is in session!

I can't imagine the results coming out good for him or any of the rest of us landlords because once this come into the real light of day and the authorities realize there is an illegal rental market going on, I am sure the legislature will be more than willing to jump in and lay down some more laws like this last legislative session which did not favor the landlords at all, all because of the Tacoma mess.

This is something I've started doing for our clientele - we walk them through a risk analysis and goal-setting session to discuss and help plan how their portfolio needs to look now and into the future. 

I am considering to pay a handsome hourly rate to an experienced agent in my area for the mentorship sessions, but not sure how feasible that is either.
