To have someone do that is worth a lot of money, an inexperienced homeowner or investor can lose a lot right there.All-in-all, be respectful to your Contractor and expect him to return the sentiment.

Stocks drop every day because of “uncertainty” when the company changes leadership, even when the old leadership was terrible and it is obviously an improvement for the companyEmotion & sentiment are two different things.

In addition you need to be cognizant of STR regulations/sentiment.

And I believe this kind of spur-of-the-moment trips are most affected by negative sentiments like a bad economy or high gas prices.On the positive side, people don’t plan this kind of trips 6-12 months in advance.
