We had looked into listing on Roofstock early on and haven't revisited the idea which really led me to have some outdated ideas about how they operated.  

I think where the book "The E-Myth Revisited" was great for explaining WHY you should have systems, Chad's article is excellent for a step-by-step guide for what to actually do as a landlord.

Things were more good than not, and at the end of the day a good deal got done.However, the loan officer I worked with moved on, and I'm not likely to revisit the same company again.
