Does anyone have any experience working with the Heritage Home Loan program offered through the Cleveland Restoration Society? 

Remodels or restore needed homes tend to go so severely less than market value ( sometimes).

Other than that, I think perhaps the only other thing that I have heard of is applying for a one-time restoration of benefits.If you haven’t used your VA loan yet, then the later advice might not be relevant, so the house hack option might be fair game.

(not starting a new one) Junk King comes to mind or a restoration and cleaning company.

I just sold one of my properties purchased with a Va loan and needed to figure out how the entitlement is restored.

PartIals can also be sold as splits - where the buyer receives a portion of each payment and you retain the rest, or in other was as well. 

Once the legalities are straightened out, a nice way to dispose of their items is to contact your local Habitat for Humanity and ask if they have a ReStore.I'm on the Board of Directors for the Habitat here in Waterville, Maine and our ReStore is a significant contributor to our funds - and that helps us to build more homes.ReStore accepts donations of all sorts of household items from furniture to tools to sets of dishes to cabinets and plumbing fixtures. 

On the 6th day since incident, a restoration company (Owner - myself present) assessed the water damage and advised  moisture still present in ceiling cavity and it cannot dry by itself.

Mesa definitely needs a lot of it's multi family units restored to value. 

The realtor mentioned that it was set by some homeless people and maybe contained to a one-room, etc.To be sure of the damage, I'm going to get a walk-through of the property by a local Fire restoration company and my contractor.
