Investors like to see a lot of properties and if an agent shows you 11 properties one day and then you call the listing agent on a property the next day, you might understand why he would be aggravated.Personally, we don't have our clients sign buyer agency agreements ever because I feel like if I do my job as an agent, the clients will stick with me because I have a unique value proposition that other agents don't.
