I think asking for a utility bill on someone other then yourself would violate the privacy policy of the tenant and here in Dallas the utility company will notify the tenant that someone is requesting their utility bill.Joe Gore

A no call list seems to be the right of privacy issue, shouldn't have to rely on caller ID to screen calls from unwanted conversations or contacts, IMO.
