Any thoughts on a small bank lending at 80% appraised value, 2 points over prime, closing in 4 weeks, $200 flat fee for processing (includes appraisal which is noirmally $350 here)...terms are based on 15yr loan....condition for loan approval consists of the bank president touring the investment property prior to signing off on the deal.
