When I stay in Palm Springs, I do avoid North Palm Springs like the plague though in terms of lodging due to the winds and have crossed it off the list in terms of our acquisition search as well.Th Movie Colony, Old Las Palmas, Vista Las Palmas, and Historic Tennis Club are a few of the nicer areas and Tahquitz River Estates and Midtown are more affordable but still nice.Hope this helps and good luck!

If you're looking to rent to porn specifically, the house likely needs to be in the San Fernando Valley area or close by as that is where most of the porn industry is located.I've never rented my property for filming to any company, but have looked into it. 

I do it myself unprofessionally using microsoft movie maker.

The movies and Netflix specials make fun of the stereotype but we mainly have blue collar handymen and handywomen that take pride in their homes!  

But I also know how important good wifi and TV/movies are for visitors. 

The schools in the city are the best in the state and nation, so demand was already high, but now a huge movie studio has opened up in the county which has put incredible demands on the rental market here, as well as the housing market. 

Bottom line people are using my place for the beach they watch TV for a couple hours and go to bed no one has ever complained about television and when you're on vacation who cares what's going on in the rest of the world LOL but it's the truth no one has ever complained as long as they can watch a movie with kids they're good.
