And with costal and tier one markets decentralizing and utilizing remote work combined with moving headquarters or opening of second HUB's there is plenty of job growth and opportunity for years to come because those companies do not make a decision based on 1-5 year cycles they are looking for the next 30 years to relocate.

Location to the job hubs is still critical and people are also not thinking, what if they want a different job?
