Some hotels actually have a condo like structure, where people can own the units, but perhaps are limited on their personal use to only a certain amount of the year - the rest of the year it is in the rental pool managed by the hotel.If numerous room owners stopped paying their bills, you could get tax liens on numerous separately owned units.Hotels are a tough business, an issue I also see come up with them often is that they require refreshes, expensive and relatively often - at least once every 10 years, if not more often. 

We do get people coming through for ETSU and Milligan graduations, temporary stays for the VA, and some tourism in the summer and fall but you're not going to stay heavily booked.

He also doesn't control regulations in the states/cities, but his attempts to cut regulations may trickle down and impact personal property rights and people's ability to use their properties as they see fit.

Returns are great if you get a good area and build a solid team but thats going to take some leg work in picking the right people that see's your vision.

The way Prop. 33 is presented ("rent is too high") I could see people voting yes on it.

Hey @Derek Stevens, @John Underwood hit the nail on the head.The yurts are worthless for the most part.

Most people don't qualify for that relationship.The seller financing will not show up or affect the credit score.However, when applying for a loan at the bank or especially a Federally Guaranteed loan, they ask on the application for ALL Loans, whether  or not it shows on a credit report.
