From what I can tell, street parking is hard to come by, and worse so on game days.If and when I buy another Maryland property, and if I decide to bother with Baltimore (I'm tempted to stick a little closer to home) I might look a little closer to the areas north of Penn Station, or stick with Pigtown.I like Pigtown.

C4 may only allow gas stations with underground tanks.In my example, if something you are looking at is currently zoned C3 but is currently being used as a bank, you know that you can convert it to multifamily of course with zoning's approval.

There are several factors that determine the premium, such as, the dwelling reconstruction costs, the fire rating classification, if the responding fire stations are paid or volunteer and if you have a hydrant within 1000' of you property, your credit rating, just to name a few.

They use distance sensors and algorithims to map an area so they can go room to room on the same floor.They also roll themselves back to the recharging station when the battery gets low, and after getting charged, pick up where they left off.You can schedule it to run every day, every three days, whatever.Biggest drawback is that the dust bin is a little small.

On the other hand, multiunit and commercial buildings around here have been built on slabs for close to a century (the old train station was predominately on a slab).

Hi Danny,You must be investing in some war zone type areas to want steel bars on windows.First thing I would look at is your area in general.Define if you are rural, suburban, or urban core.Then locate nearest fire and police stations from your property.
