And if eminent domain is ever declared on my properties as a result of the above being fully implemented, then hoping I'd get bought out at the property's assessed value, which hopefully will remain above where I had purchased them.

Voting just adds to your justification, you can only vote based on your residency in a district, declaring that for voting is just a justification as we don't have voting requirements to be registered.As to zoning, if you have a bed, a means to prepare food, personal items like soap and a toothbrush, a place to sit, a couple changes of clothes in a closet, no city or county type can give you any flak or claim that isn't your address, nor can anyone else.

Bill Gulley and Doug Heise As much as we fight against/refuse to send any additional offers to a bank, after we have ahave submitted a contract; it does Not constitutue tortious interference as some investors/proponents will declare, at least not in Florida.

If they declared it fell under any financing contingency to get the EM back, I'd say they dealt fraudulently, in attempting to obtain the financing and keep the EMD!

That would be federal law, so it isn't going to matter what state you are in.Actually, it is not a disclosure for the seller or buyer, it is a declaration of intent for the IRS.I've never had it affect a purchase or sale, either one.
