We use TVS (available in both countries) and RentCheck (in Canada only, I believe) as our credit agencies.  

yes, agency debt usually comes with 10-13 year life, and you may need a golden ticket to qualify.

One is that normal on commercial properties and two does anyone have a recommendation for an insurance agency who can do a 28 unit property in Kansas?

The other way would be to hire them through a temp agency but I'd guess many of them won't cooperate with because it's no longer cash under the table, background checks, etc.  

Does anyone know of any good collection agencies for private landlords?
