I just bought a condo that I want to rent out. If I’m going to rent it for $1200 can I charge the tenants a $288 fee for utilities ( to cover my HOA cost)?

like judy parker from new jersey said ,you landlords in new york have to get together.our landlord chapter in wisconsin is getting all our chapters together  and talking with are local reia groups together to put extra money toward our lobbyist and the state capital and going to try to get all our members to call our local rep at state to say are say in this matter.because we donot want somebody to submit a bill like your politition.but really we should start a grassroots national group that just lobbyist us on the national scene.

Currently out of the total gross income20% goes to taxes and insurance (Jersey City 15 minutes from Manhattan) + flood insurance.

All of them live in New Jersey now and the home is vacant.They want to have me the their daughter/mom move in as primary residence.There is an HOA.

We are all going through hell here in North Jersey / NYC metro, so why are these politicians pushing their horrible agenda on the back of small landlords.
