As someone who works in a venture capital firm that invests in technology, I can see first hand that the amount of innovation and startups being formed here in CA has been accelerating as well.

And $190M in facility upgrades- 16 Tech Innovation District- A mixed-use 60-acre development including advanced technologies innovation district, including offices, research laboratories, parking garage, housing and retail space plus parks, walking paths and other amenities- Elanco (Animal health Leader and spinoff of Eli Lilly) building their new $100mil headquarters just south of the Indianapolis Zoo- Indy Eleven Investing over 1 Billion in the development of their new Eleven Park.

Obviously we are heading into the slow time of real estate sales here in NOV and DEC and JAN where the avg days on market may go to 60.  

It took us a couple of months getting it prepared for STR which went live 11/1.The STR was rented for a total of 21 nights in Nov & Dec.That is a total of 141 nights rented in 2022.That would equate to an avg stay of less than 3 days a week.That should allow the STR classification in 2022 correct?

I actually am planning a trip some time in NOV-DEC time where I can take a week to explore the area (ive never been) and get to talk to lenders/agents face-to-face, ask about the area, drive around, and explore my new home!
