Just because they live with you, doesn't mean you have to provide the best meals, just basic food.  

I didn't need the money, his employer got an employee with a little more night time proficiency, my friend got flight time and a free meal, and I had a good time.

Since it is high end, what about a personal chef for a meal or two.

You could make some unique services available to your guests like a chef to come in & cook a gourmet meal, wine tasting, masseuse, etc.  

When you look at what it costs to for a group of people to stay in a hotel, eat out every meal, etc. a vacation home for a week makes more sense.

My friends suggest steak houses and fine dining restaurants, but I have to fill one evening with a HUGE In and Out meal.

And we can often get a lot out of just inviting a local investor out for coffee or a meal and asking them what they do.
