I think its a great idea as well, if you have proper boundaries set with tenants.Also, if you see them over there hauling out trash, offer to help carry stuff or use your tree lawn.I would put the 'bug' in there ear sooner than later though, otherwise they'll make other plans.

My experience has been, a refi isn't realistic any sooner than six months from purchase, and a year is more likely.As for the amount you'd be able to pull out, you answered your own question.

Has anybody ever heard of something like this, he also said it is a 50 year loan that can be paid off much sooner he was describing paying more every month, the extra payment after three years we can either have that money back or we can use it to pay the loan down and he was explaining the resin they do this is to keep money in the account like this because they want to make sure the loan payment can get made in order to make this a  very good performing note that they can sell if they want to.

Some would hold the money and wait for the Real Estate crash which will happen sooner or later and have cash to buy up a lot of property at discount prices.
