I believe Norada offers some type of warranty or rent guarantee program where Roofstock most likely does not so once you purchase and close they are out of the picture.

After doing some initial research, Avail and Innago appears to be very popular Landlord software programs.

You can talk to it, you can ask it to do tasks it has not been programmed for.

Ask her if she's getting unemployment benefits, when she expects a new job, and if she reached out to any assistance programs.
