Fourth, you get that property under contract.  

Monthly updates, quarterly updates, etc.I've always found partnerships are the key to success.

@Anand Narayanan sorry to say, but I’m sure the builder’s monthly/quarterly financials are more important to them than your wish to not close while out of the country.  

Hopefully they will keep the historic quarter.
