This week, I had someone from our team review one of our higher end units and he reported back that it had strong cat odor and dog scratches.

Added landscaping, modernized the kitchen and flooring, and cleaned up pet odors What was the outcome?

Or if Arianne is saying this agent forged their signature.. something is not adding up here.In my 40 years of selling RE I have dealt with all kinds of buyers.. and many get things totally fouled up.. which could easily be the case here.So yes talk to the agent and see whats up.If the agent in fact changed the contract and foreged your sig or docusing then that is something else.this is why in many states we do not  ( and I don't) allow scribbling new terms on contracts then initialing them. we do a new counter or addendum with clear sigs.

In the surrounding areas of the pig farm there is some really nice homes. i know alot of the time they have trouble selling due to the foul smell that spreads for miles, especially during the summers.

You open yourself up to noise complaints, nuisance complaints, odor complaints, etc....  

anybody that markets mostly to newbie millennials who live in their parents basement should be looked over . anyone who goes everywhere with his shirt off talking like a punk kid with a foul mouth is not the type of person I want to park my money with .but hey if your happy with 6% then go for it .

I hate disposers because they are like having a garbage can inside your home that results in odors, nats and you can't put everything in them, anyway.
