What made you choose the Wholesaling aspect after being involved in investing for 3 years?

Hi biggerproThx for the welcome.Well for residential, from my aspect there would be very little involvement, however the interest remains.

One of the most important aspects to these is exactly as you alluded to and that is the 'exit strategy'.

There are several experts in most every aspect of REI on this board.

But I am sure as experienced business people in this industry, you all know the educational and mentorship aspects of the business are just part of it all.

There would be a couple of educational segments on different aspects of investing and a longer paid spot for someone pitching a deal.

However, different aspects of real estate investing have greatly different levels of risk.

In part, it depends on exactly what aspect of real estate, and at what scale.For basic LL/tenant agreements and handling evictions, sit in court a few times, and you will see certain lawyers CONSTANTLY handling evictions.

There is no aspirin bill because of evictions or any other aspect of the business (except maybe dealing with city officials).
