I'm disappointed that I can't make that meeting.  

I was hoping to take advantage of that as well and was disappointed in finding out about this news.

I once forgot an entire load of laundry at a laundry mat and when I went back in the morning they pointed to a sign that said "Any items left behind after hours will be thrown away" I was definitely disappointed and a little irritated but I only had myself to blame.

Although its disappointing and sometimes discouraging  I know eventually a deal will be made.

A lot of people move down here thinking its the land of opportunity only to be disappointed and move back to where they came from after a couple years of being here.I'm actually trying to do the total opposite of what you're doing and move from Georgia to California.  

But if they're unhappy with the $20k in profit because they watch Flip or Flop and the profits numbers are $50k plus then they'll be disappointed because you won't find that often in Houston and certainly not on the MLS.

This might disappoint some people, so thought the washer/dryer might help offset that. 

I'm a little disappointed in this forum.

A disappointing appraisal can't be changed by hiring a new appraiser like with a conventional loan.
