Or, sometimes a flash flood can happen, even in the desert, where there is no time for the water to be absorbed into the ground, it just flows on top of the ground.There's just too much evidence in the type of damage to suggest a future of water problems with this property, regardless of planting a tree line at the back of the property, unfortunately.

Perhaps some home office space will become a big feature in the residential rentals.in our new construction coming up we have a few plans that have Casita's this is the Portland Or market.. were Casita's were not that common like in the desert.. but I can see them having a dual purpose based on companies allowing workers to work at home your casita is now your office still at your home but separate from the family flow..
