My fear is that they may not have even had it in contract if they all of sudden went dark on you. 

We use it a lot for smoke and pet odors.

Many of these items are trivial to fix such as missing smoke/Carbon monoxide detector, water heater not properly strapped, etc. 

To me being too dark right now is the exact opposite of the “brag bro posts” that used to crowd BP forums until recently claiming real estate world invasion and imply invincibility.

But, where there's smoke, there's fire usually.

I did a room addition in CA and the building and planning department called out retrofitting the original house for earthquake and also installing hard wire smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the house. 

Last I heard, "everyone" is smoking weed too. 

Make no mistake in that the smell of Aldehyde is like no other in that once you have had a whiff, not unlike ammonia or skunk (think marijuana cigarette smoke), it's definitely a strong scent you will not soon forget.

@William Prevost at the moment you just need to consume ; podcasts, books, virtual conferences (like the W2CapSummit.com) and when the smokes starts to clear focus on one niche.
