@Ben Leybovich Congratulations on the close; I actually have a house close by ASU West and I've driven by Ridgepoint several times.Currently I'm physically in Las Vegas with a full time job in the aerospace industry that I enjoy, but consider Phoenix "home" and have been researching both markets.

They can play the withholding rent game, or even possibly hiring their own contractor and then giving me a big fat bill, even though the asbestos situation is iffy at best.Not too long ago, the tenant wife told me they were involved in a lawsuit with a las vegas hotel over legionella, Legionnaires' disease, so I decided it's not worth dealing with the wife's complaints and drag this out.

I was just looking at the Las Vegas market on Zillow and noticed that a whole lot of listed properties were owned by Zillow.
