So as for me i happened to stumble upon this forum doing some wholesaling research after countless gurus and youtube mentors 🙄. but yup I just wanted to introduce myself and look forward to doing business with you guys!!

There have been countless stories where a property manager misspent funds or went bust.

I love that this site exists too, and I commend Josh for what I'm sure were (and still are) countless hours working on it.I only have one complaint (sorry). 

People might be getting countless yellow letters, and you'll have to spend a lot to stand out.

@Jeff Hallenbeck, I wrote a case study on Roofstock and I believe there has been at least three done on Morris Invest as well as countless other posts on them. 

I have spent the past 6 months or so educating myself on REI as much as possible primarily here on BP by listening to countless podcasts, posting tons on the forums, analyzing hypothetical deals, networking with other investors, realtors, wholesalers, lenders, contractors and everybody in between.

A lot of people can talk a great game, but looking someone in the eye and seeing their product in person is absolutely the best way to suss out the gamers from the good guys.
