In PA you do not have to file annually for LLC's (professional LLC like Doctors, Lawyers must file annually), you will be required to file once in 10 years, so there is no extra cost other than $125 PA fees, $50 Registered Agent fees.

I had a brain anuerism and a stroke at age 54 and have been told by my Doctor about how good I was doing but thanks to a Chiropracter told me to get an MRI on my head and I was scheduled for head surgery that was 2 days before I was scheduled for that corrective surgery.

personal opinion, don't get upset with me: your major in college is absolutely useless (unless you're going to be a doctor, lawyer, or engineer which require very very specific training).

If they're good, here are my three best suggestions:- Approach other investors at a local real estate investors association (REIA) meeting- Advertise the deal here on BP- Talk to any professionals you work with (doctors, lawyers, engineers, accountants, etc) and ask if they have IRA money they want to put to work

You may attract a doctor or CEO moving into MN.... but why would he stay in Savage when he can live anywhere?
