@John Moon - Paint color is Navajo White (Sherwin-Williams), Doors were purchased at Home Depot, Finishes in the bathroom were just White semi-gloss paint for the walls, Tile that was on clearance in Home Depot, Pedestal Sink was reused.

Questions: 1) what product did you use to glaze or paint the bathroom wall tile? 

I have a few suggestions.Test for asbestos in insulation, dry wall, siding and linoleum tiles.

We're in TX.Hired a contractor to do tile work in a bathroom, fired him because he had no idea what he was doing.

It needs cabinets, countertops, tile floor, and paint.

The bathrooms are all great looking with really well done tile work and the bedrooms were all excellent as well. 

Also, do you know if the oil flue has a stainless steel liner in it or old clay flue tiles?

The landlord under me has her occupied for $875 but hers is updated with nice laminate floors, tile in the kitchen and bath, updated counter tops by miracle method, updated appliances, nice paint on walls and trim, etc.

The snow and ice caused water to wick up under the tile (don't ask me how this works, I'm from california!)

I am hoping on our next deal they will come down on interest a bit.Ok, so here's what the house looked like before we bought it:So far, we have painted the exterior, all new vinyl windows, new exterior doors, new garage door and opener, installing French drains and a sump pump due to there being a bad ground water issue in the crawl space last spring, new roof, opened up the kitchen, put in a french door, replaced all the wood flooring, tiled in bathrooms, framed in laundry and mechanical, shelves in the pantry, all new interior paint, heated flooring in master bath, can lighting.
