Any lender willing to behave so recklessly won't be in business long. 

It is important that you dress and behave accordingly of course, but I am sure that one of them would love to have an extra help.Good luck on your journey!

However if your agent is feeling like it should just be killed now, you are paying for their advice and they are a whole lot closer to this situation than any of us are....Well, that agent is not getting paid anything until a closing actually happens ;)  And Janine is not the one who would be paying (although the seller's funds for that compensation would be having Janine as the source from the closing) ...

Personally, I wouldn't be accepting personal checks from  tenants,  I would be having them deposit directly into my bank account. 

It's a very community driven platform, so if someone behaves badly, they get a bad review and then every other host can see that.

I did get in contact with the city of Phoenix Planning and Development department and they'll be having a residential code review get in contact with me tomorrow to let me know what I can do.

Your agent should be having discussions with the listing agent once the requests have been sent, and following up as often as needed.

You wont get the highest paying or best behaved tenants in that area either.
