Love living here as well, big city but has a lot of small town touches, Theme Parkes, historic attractions, military bases, great food, and friendly residents.

Both condition and location will allow you to attract better tenants and better long-term financial performance. 

Meanwhile, more people move here because of the attractive cost of living, Midwest lifestyle and stable climate.
