The fact that they made 5 trips and left it in this condition is very alarming (personally, I would consider sueing anyone that left the job in this condition unless they told me about it and we agreed to it).Additionally, given the condition and arrangement, I would simply plan on a full replacement, as the arrangement of the equipment is not typically, making it very serviceable, and its likely the equipment is older and does not have alot of useful life left.

I've started a few small businesses on my own, purchased a building on a master lease/purchase arrangement but I'm most concerned about raising funds for a purchase and establishing a network of equity funders who are open to investing in syndicating deals - not just for the first one, but on subsequent deals.

Arrangements like this are quickly becoming the norm as cities work to combat sprawl and increase density of housing.Several of the BP podcast guests have remarked that many of their excellent deals were SFR on large lots where they could put another apartment behind the main building.
