Can i hire a collections agency?

I was talking about on the courthouse step auctions (foreclosure auction not foreclosed auction)...I don't need an exact I just need an average as this isn't for any current deals just taking notesAgain, lacking details so anyone can help you.

I have a large MF lot I am looking to put a modular pre-fab or panelized 5-10 unit building on due to lack of available labor...builders are all busy.

My problem is a lack of deal flow.I reached out to private lenders in my community.

I have contacted 4 insurance agencies and none of them insure STR under an LLC.

- Problem with compass is I believe they're too much investing into tech while it doesn't necessarily translate to bigger productivity and sales- The EXP model is actually significant changes where it tries to democratize the revenue by sharing it among team and leads- I would like to say the Exp is offering new business model in RE agency, while other agency is more like traditional where individualism performance is the key ; Same concept in used car you have regular used car dealership and you have car max which offer no haggle price.

Agency could be doing it simply for that reason.  

I am a private lender as well lending my own funds, and I also do not report to the credit agencies, but does that mean my loan does not really matter or exist on the next application?  

I’m a home owner that would like to start building a portfolio but just lack the knowledge and direction. 

Lack of experience or qualifications, poor communication skills, Inadequate screening processes, lack of transparency in fees and charges, negative reviews, high turnover, lack of proper accounting/financial management and unprofessional behavior to name a few.
