I'm looking at picking up a 3-story townhouse in the Parkside neighborhood of West Philly.

The properties are on Cleveland's west side in Ohio City South of Lorain and in Eco Village South of Gordon Sq. so they are definitely older in age.  

And, I would strongly recommend the western side of Arlington, say Center Street and west toward Ft Worth, if you're south of I-30. 

@Jonathan West I'm actually looking to invest in columbus as well.

The layout shows the rear entry door (which faces the street) to the east and the true front door on the west of the drawing.

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows of any good drywall/stucco guys in the West Palm area. 

I live on the west coast so I'll be doing this from a distance to start with a planned market visit over the next few months. 

I am also a fellow Newbie out in West Texas but have been curious about the Killeen market and interested in learning more.

ABOUT ME:  I am a 40 year old new investor from New Orleans, LA and I currently reside in the South Bay area of California, about 30 minutes southeast of LAX and south of downtown Los Angeles, and about 15 minutes west of Long Beach, CA.
