My vote is invest in other markets where the money makes sense and then take that profit to visit whenever you like. 

Playing around with my Excel spreadsheet and got to thinking about selling my rental property in the next few months vs waiting until it's paid off in Jun 2027. 

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

The next RE play is going to be building ammo stores on the interstate and state lines between CA and NV and Oregon and WA and ID..

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

Where's the $50k?

That's not even the tip of the iceberg; it's so far away.

It is quite the adjustment, but I LOVE IT HERE. 

Talk to the exterminator and let them know there is a problem. 

But at some point I do find that next niche that works for me and I like and go into that full steam.
