@michael guzik Yeah originally I had looked into "Morris Invest" had been watching the channel for awhile and I was excited to move my investments from the stock market over into real estate.

Stock options for large companies like Google and FB are 100K+ per year. 

I have had some success investing in long and short term stocks but I'm looking to get into something that peaks my interest a little more.
