Using granite, stainless steel, hardwood floors, etc. in a 1 bedroom can command a high rent and low vacancy rate for you.3)Flipping is nice, but if you think about it, after you make your money you have to go and search for the next "good deal" in the midst of the other tens of thousands of "flippers".

Nowadays, I have completely forgotten that stuff and simply tell the kernel guy what time slot my sw HAS to run in to meet the real time requirements, he can worry about time frame overruns and overall throughput.

I ask because I have a property under contract that has some very nice vintage appliances in it, but will not be kept in the home as I'm adding modern stainless steel appliances.I always imagined seeing the items lost in demo being hauled away in dumpters for disposal, but I wouldn't feel right doing that with these appliances!
