We are renting out each room individually at the house, with a couple rooms having a furnished option for traveling Nurses, and higher rent.

Or-  You could target students (3 high paying students with parental guarantees renting 3 rooms in a 3 bedroom home), travel nurses, Airbnb, etc. 

They'll live there until forced into a nursing home or carried out feet first.

Why not advertise on CraigsList and in the headline of the ad say that you are looking to rent to a seasonal worker, I.E. a traveling nurse, who's contract ends in December of 2020 or January 2021.

Then a family friend asked if their daughter, the nurse, could rent a room until the addition they were building was complete.
