There is a reason you see all these syndicators with their own podcasts, blogs, hosting and attending meetings.  

You are way ahead of your peers who think they can scale and quit at 20 so great job.Go to real estate investing meetups, as many as you can, and meet other investors and ask good questions.

Before you call any family service, how about meeting with them and expressing your concerns.
