Our PM is filing an appeal as well to get it reduced but we'll see how successful they'll be.I've lived in IL all my life (grew up in Southern IL and moved to Chicago area burbs for college and stayed). 

I played football all throughout high school and college.

My wife sold her house earlier this year and wanted to use the proceeds for her son's college fund.

My husband and I will be renting to two college kids who, do to their age, do not have a credit background and (since they have retail college jobs) make $50 less than 3x the rent (net income).

These online or college courses are not really tailored toward the specifics. 

I’m looking at Worcester because Multi-families are cheap compared to the rest of the state and I feel like it is a decent rental market due to the many colleges, universities, hospitals, and commuter access into Boston.

Cleveland has world-class: orchestra, theater, museums, heath-care ( Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals ), top-ranked universities/colleges (Case Western Reserve, Cleveland Institute of Art), multiple Fortune 500 companies.
