This business isn't rocket science.  

They are using Rocket Mortgage for this proposed deal I am considering.

The problem I have with Quicken Loans and Rocket Mortgage (owned by Quicken) is that they give out pre-approvals BEFORE reviewing supporting documents like bank statements, W2s, tax returns and pay stubs.  

Change a P TRAP, change an outlet, hang a door, replace a window, snake a drain, repair sheetrock, paint,  etc Not rocket science LOL 

Examples of online legal services that offer access to real estate attorneys include LegalZoom and Rocket Lawyer.

I would advise looking into services such as "Rocket Lawyer."

Morris was not going to come to him.if people can't see through this smoke and mirrors then frankly they deserve to get burned like this.. this is not rocket science so much is out there to do help with due diligence.. why people think that a guy just because he has a big pod cast is some expert.. its that whole rich dad BS  people for some reason think all I have to do is buy rentals and I will be financially free.. not knowing that this is a business and it takes time effort to do right and there is significant risk if done wrong or get hooked up with guys that were flat greedy...
