I love trucks 2. even with a pickup truck and a goose neck trailer you can cross in to Class A territory, and I found a opportunity to get the training cheap and cover that base so I'm taking it.

Watched Marcus Lemonis on the profit and it seem you can invest in food trucks for a cheap price and put the owner and some workers in there and take a cut of the profit as an investor.The traditional restaurants you have to drive very high sales per sq ft.

Looked at a park in Wilkes county ,N.C. ( 9 units) very rough shape. current owner has let tenants live on the cheap if they take care of their own repairs. of course tjis has lead to deteriation of every home in the park.

Cheap or Fair;Cheap is nice when you have a lot of time to go looking for the cheapest guy in town that's just trying to buy himself a loaf of bread for dinner.. fair is when your willing to use the same vendors over and over at the price that you both view as fair.
