After I developed a seizure disorder, my carrier dropped me.  

My hubby is a letter carrier and 4 years away from retirement, (yay-passive income, finally!) 

Raise their rents 25 each & hire a service.I would be sure & ask your liability carrier.

Make sure to put the contractor/their insurance carrier on notice immediately.

Talk to a couple independent agents, there are not a ton of options in terms of carriers, but you want to work with an agent who has some experience with Real Estate Investors.  

Nobody on the plane knew that I had her under my seat until I pulled out the carrier at the end.She is a small Havanese at about 12 pounds.My Havanese is a hypoallergenic breed and non-shedding.

@Seth MyersHi SethHere are some questions I was just asking an owner who had listed a multi unit:Can you breakout the expenses that you pay on an annual basis : Insurance - carrier and value of building Utilities - electric, water and sewer, gas Maintenance for the last year Lawn/snow removal For each unit, can you give me a breakdown by unit - bedrooms and sq ft and lease for each tenant - rent and month/year on current lease.

If you have Sprint (maybe other carriers as well, but I only know about Sprint because that's my carrier) it will want to port your number over to GV.

Some carriers exclude coverage for section 8 tenants.
