PM companies are probably one of the most widely reported to state agencies for alleged violations.

Alleging fraud and proving it are separate actions from foreclosure.

There were numerous allegations it did but, once everyone learned who/what MERS is and was, the lawsuits challenging MERS went to NIL.

They also had a number of break-ins where a substantial amount of cash allegedly came up missing, but they were pretty laid back about telling me, merely asking me to keep coming and fixing a door that kept getting kicked in.

I'm currently screening properties to anticipate whether a bank would even allow the owner to sell the property short vs. heading toward foreclosure with property values moving higher and foreclosure rates moderating (allegedly) to where they have stabilized the falling markets by withholding the onslaught of foreclosures.
