Racking up properties to me only makes sense in a down market, or potentially in an "alternative" space like mobile, storage, or larger deals. 

I've also seen studies that show they prolong the lifetime of the roof as they're helping shield from the elements, and that the only thing you have to do (at least with a seamless snap and rack system) is simply take off the panels and put them back on.
