Chris Bergeron How do you Handle Repair Requests?

We accommodate as much as we can, but within reason, in this case I would maybe think about a motion light (buy one that is metal, spend $20 extra it will live 5x longer) that will do much more for safety than a higher fence. We have a tenant who wants us to move the mailbox, the house is on a corner lot and its on the wrong side (not the side with the driveway) - but the USPS makes it really difficult to change the location.

If a landlord files an eviction complaint against a service member for nonpayment of rent, the service member should inform the court of their active-duty status and ask for a “stay of the proceeding” which could pause the eviction.A “stay of the proceeding” on the eviction can be asked in one of two ways:A service member may go the hearing and ask the judge for the stay.A service member may file a written motion for the stay with the clerk of the court, deliver a court-stamped copy of the motion to the landlord or the landlord’s attorney, then go to the hearing and ask the judge for the stay.

John Gach Motion sensing spot light security camera system
18 December 2021 | 3 replies
Figured I’d do a cheap smart phone with a hot spot so I can have the system connected to the internet and notify me of any motion detection near the side people keep breaking into.Would also be great if it was a camera motion sensor spot light that maybe also did an audible alarm noise or maybe I can even communicate verbally through it.Sounds crazy but pretty sure there’s spotlight camera that does that.Probably need 4 cameras total.Any recommendations?

The California Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act from 2014 says you "may" register out of state LLC, but you also "may not" I guess. Then it seems pretty standard to have nexus in WY or NV and have that holding LLC own other LLCs in other states.
