Anyone dishing out information will probably swear their stuff is perfectly legal......horsefeathers, each state can be different and while I'm tuned in at the federal level, no one knows the laws of all 50 states, SEC issues, tax issues, brokerage requirements and the intertwined ramifications of all financing regulations!

The furnished units would come with the following a sectional couch, beds, pictures on the wall, shower curtain, rugs, dishes , pots and pans, dining room set.. etc..

We always handwash our dishes and use the drying rack because the dishwasher never thoroughly washed the dishes when I originally moved in.

I'd love to have one, though, again, because it would free up my counter of the dish drainer which you pretty much have to leave out all the time, if you don't have a dishwasher.Shower enclosure - could not care less.

I leave a package of soap in each dish in the bathroom tubs and sinks (or if there are soap dispensers make sure these are filled) and leave a small bottle of dish washing liquid by kitchen sink/small box of those dishwasher pellets in rental properties with dishwashers.

@Rosston Smith only problem with several tenants (roommates) is the tight space (fridge, dishes, TV, etc.), and unexpected move-out dates.

Don't tell my landlord.As long as they aren't pumping water into your pipes with pressure, then it's just the same thing as washing a lot of dishes or taking a shower - if the washer is just draining instead of forcing water with pressure.If they're paying the utility bills, including electricity and water (and gas if the dryer is gas), then I'd let them.The only other thing I can think of would be humidity.
