I suppose my view of the Fix/Flip market being super competitive is colored by the mainstream news stories talking about how "hot" the flipping market is in Phoenix, and even seeing TV shows featuring some of the locals.

The cabinets are in good condition but I’d like to change the color to give the kitchen a facelift & get a little bit more income from the unit (along with replacing floors & painting) What is the best way to refinish the cabinets while ensuring they’ll still be durable for renters?

I've seen the printing quality and maybe with the exception of color matching (my skin tone came out a little pink on the VistaPrint cards), their print quality is about the same.

For example, in the past, we used the same color on walls, ceilings and trim because it's quick and much cheaper for repainting.
