My question would be becoming a qualified assisted living operator and the certifications / licensing per your state (For me Texas) to get your property up to code?

@Austin Tess make sure you know what sort of notice period is required for your area/state first for MTM units.

The way I see it is most homes will cost you 25% down and renovations out of state will be difficult or very expensive so the ability to force appreciation becomes tough.  

I am licensed in the State of Texas to buy and sell Mobile Homes and I love it.

As stated in this thread, I believe BL does not let you keep your data if you leave the platform which is not good business practice, IMO.

The contract stated that it is to be used a reasonable amount.

Hey Chris would love to visit.  100% of my business is helping clients in all 50 states with purchasing vacation homes/STR properties. 90% of my clients use the 10% down loan because the lower down payment requirement and rates/cost similar to a primary residence.

I invest in MA, a very tenant friendly state.

Your bare minimum eviction in NY State is 6 months, but that would be best case scenario.

Reason I’m asking is because today reading through old posts on this subject, I came across discussions that stated if it was Credit Card, PayPal, or similar avenues, that 1099s aren’t needed since those companies issue them.
